A large bay in the living room lets in the landscape, resulting in a formidable picture always different depending on the time of day, the lighting and the tide which invites you to dream and travel while observing all the movements of the port. The living room is extended outside by a large wooden terrace of 60 m2 facing south overlooking the estuary. On the ground floor, large living room with fitted kitchen, shower, laundry room, separate wc. Upstairs 3 bedrooms, another walk-in shower and toilet.
